FS: NOISE BLANKER

Hello to all....I have a SB-104 noise blanker and manual for sale.  The
part number is
SBA-104-1 and is in good working order.  Manual is a very good copy.
Price is up in the air.  Don't really know what to ask.  Would like to
trade it toward an SA-2550 antenna tuner if possible.  I think possibly
40.00 plus 3.20 USPS priority mail  would be fair.
