Hi gang. Don't usually comment on these things. I have sold several HW
/SB rigs that were restored and were working. I have also sold similiar
rigs in nearly same condition as parts that resulted in four or five rigs
being restored and preserved for each unit. It's all a matter of how we
look at it. I try to keep a mint unit for my collection and from then on
the more radios that can be saved from the scrap heap seems the way to
go. Even a ratio of two for one is 100% gain. Regards. Fred W7PRV
P.S. I have a mint DX-100B. Waiting for winter to put it on the air,
keeps my shack warm!
