Grid dip meter manual needed

Guys,

    A friend handed me a Heath Grid Dip Oscillator tonight and ask me to
check it out. It seems to work but has no manual nor id. It is an older one,
uses AC power, uses a 6AF4 tube.

I need a manual, copy of, or at least some instructions
