11-pin Plugs & Caps

Hi, Folks,

I know that, somewhere, I've seen a source mentioned for the 11-pin
plugs as used in the SB-series rigs. I thought it was Mouser, but I
can't find these plugs in their latest catalogue.

I need perhaps six plugs and caps (the caps with the grommet on the side
would be really GREAT). Does anybody have a source??
