Ed, I have one but no docs.

Calibration is simple: point the lens at an incandescent or fluorescent
light and adjust the pot on the circuit board for each scale. Try first
one pot and then the other other find out which one is for which scale.
Set it for 3600 rpm on the meter scale for each switch setting. That's
it!
