GR-78 Bandspread Cylinder

Hi All,
   Does anyone out there happen to have the bandspread label or cylinder for
the Amateur bands. I have a GR-78 general receiver which has the bandspread
for the commercial SWL bands. The kit came with both and the builder decided
which to use. Tnx.
