Fake SB-640

Hi,

I have a nearly complete SB Line collection. I found a SB-310
receiver last week and now the only missing item is the SB-640
external LMO. After unsuccessfully looking for a one for the
last three years I asked myself why not build (a fake) one?

I have an empty speaker cabinet. A front panel and a chassis can
be made out of sheet aluminium. I have a SB 401 junker which
should provide the LMO and the escutcheon.

Anybody done this before?

As R&R retired and Lynn took over does anybody know if he is
now ready to supply the green paint?
