[Bob and Pat Ballantine]

Fellows, I have the Heath HW101 from hell! A real bugger and if I could get it
to receive in the CW/USB mode I would rejoice! It was formerly used in a truck
stop on 11 Meters so you can see I want it operational on CW. The Xmtr works
fine. It receives fine on LSB. The selector switch and the 3396.4 xtal have
been replaced to no avail. I have never seen this problem listed on the server.
One last comment, when turned on from a cold start it will receive for 5 or 10
seconds in the CW/USB mode and then die out on me. I have faith that this will
be corrected. Thanks for listening.  Bob w8su
