Need manual or copy SB-200

Hello all,

I recently purchased an SB-200 amp.  I would like to either purchase an
operation manual or find someone who could mail or email to me parts of the
operating manual relating to tune up, etc...I would be glad to send postage
in advance.  Thanks for any help!
