HO-10 tone oscillators.

Hi all,
A couple of weeks ago had a discussion with a gent who thought the PEC's
were bad in his unit. Turned out that changing the value of the cathode
resistors was the fix. Have the same problem in my latest restoration.
Were those values 2.2K or 3.3K? Thanks and 73.
