WTB: parts for SB 101

Recently picked up a SB 101 that is working but needs some misc parts to
bring it up to rather good condition.
        1. Circular dial, part 100-449. This is the big tuning dial with the
spiral groove in its back.
        2. CW filter and mechanism, including the lever knob which is missing
on this set.
