Need pwr xfmr for Kenwood Twins TX T-599

Greetings heavy lifters: I have a nifty Kenwood twins set, rx and tx, in
wonderful shape except for the power transformer in the tx which went
south on my repair tech’s bench even in the process of alignment.
        Does anyone know of a source for this part? rewind? (Dahl doesn’t want
to do this particular one, nor ACR), know of a parts rig? a workaround
using off the shelf items???? Any thoughts or suggestions would be
welcome. This is a great Twins set otherwise, and deserves to be brought
back if possible.
