They already think we are strange .... Guys talking into microphones, whip antennas, funny
license plates and now hand held radios.... Wow.... Spy's, Cops.... No just weirdoes

If you do no live for sports, your second home is a not bar and you do not only want to talk
about the weather or what's on TV. Then you may not be part of the shallow thinking world.

Ham radio well technically "Amateur Radio" is about communications, the mode of communication
is our choice.

Yes, some choose to help others during times of trouble. When you read the information about
amateur radio, helping others is a major factor.
Amateur radio is a life long learning experience if you choose to participate. Like
everything in life, it you choice.

I built a V-7a after watching my friends dad repair tv's. I became so interested in
electronics that I completed the kit when I was in the 5 grade.

Then it was CB radio, Amateur radio, Audio, TV's along with a part time job at a radio repair
shop. Eventually a life time of enjoyment and employment in the ever changing electronics
field.

To my friend Ray that started me in TV and All the Guys at Heathkit that helped me start a
life long adventure....
Thank You .....
Yep...
I am a Weirdo.... but I do not sweep floor for a living.
