Help...Heath Keyer Question for SA-5010

I just got one of these keyers today, it is the one with the capacitive
paddles and the membrane keypad.  Unfortunately I did not get a power supply
or manual with the unit.

Questions:

1.  What is the power requirement, voltage and current?
2.  What is the polarity of the power socket?
3. Does the keying line use a transistor, fet or relay?
