Heathkit IG-18 mods

I was looking through an old Audio Amateur magazine (1/83) last night.
Came across an Old Colony ad for a mod-kit for the IG-18 (also works for
newer models).  The ad says only, "Morrey:  Heath IG-18 (and IG-5818)
Oscillator Modification."

Anybody know what this is all about?
