looking for Heathkit ETA-3400 and/or manual

This is a long shot but...
I'd looking for a Heathkit ETA-3400 Memory I/O Accessory for the ET-3400
microcomputer trainer or a copy of the software manual. There probably
weren't too many of these units sold originally but a copy of the
Software Operations Manual might provide the needed information.

I have one of these accessory units but it is missing all IC's. Most of
the IC's are easy to find except for the roms. The two roms contained
Tiny Basic for the 6800 cpu and a system monitor program which I'd like
to replicate in EPROM.  If you have one of these systems for sale or a
copy of the software manual or could provide a hex dump of the roms then
please drop me a note.  Thank you.
