I built a number of Eico kits over the years, and remember them as being
very high quality products. I think the manuals were even printed on higher
quality paper than Heath's. They didn't have nearly the product diversity
that Heath did, or there would probably be an EICO newsgroup too, and as
loyal a following. I'd like to know more about that company's history. Does
anyone remember reading anything about them? It would be a good article for
Electric Radio.
