Wanted a Heath IT-1121 or IT-3121 semicinductor curve tracer

Anyone out there wish to part with a useable Heath semiconductor curve
tracer?  I know that this unit was put out by Heath in at least the two
above model numbers and maybe there was another.  This unit allows for
the the display of transistor and diode characteristic family of curves
to be displayed on an accessory oscilloscope.
