Help with Tune-up Meter

I purchased a used Heath Automobile tune-up meter, CM-1073. Of course, it
came without any docs. I opened it up and located a Tac Cal pot and a Dwell
Cal pot. Might anyone have the calibration instructions? Also, a 2 foot
long 110VAC cord was stowed in the back - looks like a suicide cord. Any
idea if it belongs to the kit?
