They usally are exceptionaly high,i don't mind giving a little more once
in a while. If the person i deal with will handle it in a professional
manner.A lot of them will use it to cover up the condition of the
equipt. i have seen a thousand excusses why it is untested. Whenever i
list something ,i always tell the person the exact condition, and to
send it back if not satisfied.I still think your word is one of the most
precious things you carry with you through life.Some people take that to
