Not only that is it MUCH cheaper and easier to use the Postal service when
shipping from US to Canada.

If you orders something from the US to be sent to Canada, you pay the
shipping charges to the shipper, then pay an additional $25 and up
brokerage fee to UPS in Canada when it gets here.

The Post office is just as fast, only charges $5 and is much more careful
of the delivery of packages.
