WTB: Mu-metal

One thing to consider with mu-metal is that it's very sensitive to 'working'...pieces are
usually shaped then heat treated. Dents, bends, supposedly drastically reduce it's
phenomenal permeability. Look on the Internet...there's one sompany I can't think of that
has been around forever that makes mu-metal parts and has a newsletter and tech
line...once you locate them they can probably fill you in on how big a deal this concern
is under what circumstances, and maybe source it for you.
