Everclear & 100% alcohol

I dunno about fractional distillation by chilling...it works for boiling,
however (except the alcohol leaves first). From my chemistry education
however long ago, I recall that water and simple alcohols are very miscible
(mix very well). The bottle of vodka I have in the freezer right now (my
normal storage place, except I don't drink it any more;I guess we'll have to
pull it out when we move!) will not freeze at whatever temperature that
freezer is...it just runs a litle thicker. It's been there for years.
