Everclear & 100% alcohol

I brew wine and  Grappa her in the fall..............
Had a accident ....ended up with J1 white lightning two years ago blowing
the garage to bits, Hmmm..........a demand "A' ?
No more "sampling or smoking around the apparatus"next time
will check into it. LOL !
