Heath subwoofer? 51-204 "bass summing transformer", Heath SOB-1 audio dummy load?

Hello:

1) I have some 51-204 "bass summing transformers". I think they are part of
a channel combiner for an audio subwoofer. Does anyone know what product
this may have been from?

2) I have an item that may have been a test fixture facetiously labelled
with a product name. It's labelled SOB-1, and it's an audio dummy load. It
has 4 x 8 ohm wirewound resistors at I think 250 W each + a fan. I question
whether it was a product because it has a less than professional appearance.
I think the front panel lettering may be rub-on letters and it's cover
doesn't completely cover the sides.
