Response on SB200 = more questions. . .

THANKS!   I now have some great ideas on what to look for!!  Much
appreciated.
I'll get right to work on checking the grounding and shielding.

Also,  does anyone know a supplier for the round 8 pin amphenol plug
connector that kenwood used on the TS520s to interface with accessories.
I've been able to get a plug,  but without any kind of cap or cover - I think
it needs to be shielded also.

Last thing this go round: What is the purpose of the ALC link between the
transceiver and the SB200??
