SB-303 LMO

Hello all, I have a SB-303 rcvr that the LMO won't dial the correct freq
and only part of the tuning range like for instance it will not tune down
to 7.000 it will only go down to 7.049 and like wise on all other bands as
well the same thing. Also it tunes up band also the same only goes up so
far and then starts over again at a lower freq. then does it all over again
until it starts back up again, but never can get it to go to 0 or to the
top of tunning range, I think it is an adjustment of some kind but I know
not what it would be. Can any of you experianced heath collectors help me
out. I collect also but don't know about this problum with the tunning of
