FS: Unbuilt HWA-9 WARC BAND KIT for HW-9

The HW-9 I picked up recently already has the HWA-9 WARC band option
installed, so I do not need this extra kit.  It is in the original Heath box,
opened, but nothing disturbed.  I will sell it for $43 plus postage.
