SB-303 noise blanker

Well, the Drake noise blanker in my R4C is about the best I have come
across. The Heath one is not as good, but is EXTREMELY effective in
eliminating noise. Nothing will eliminate lightning static or long duration
pulses, but for the noise they are supposed to eliminate (ignition, motor
coil noises, etc.) it is excellent!
