A really strange question

Mike:
W8JTD was the late Fred Alden, who happened to be the author of the manual
for the HW-202. He was a retired Lt. Colonal who wrote Heathkit manuals for
many years before retiring from Heath and moving to Colorado Springs. During
1974 I worked closely with him on the original SB-104 manuals.
If you look at a similar drawing in the HW-2036 manual, you will find the
license plate reads "K8TMK".
We were not normally allowed to put any author identifying marks in Heathkit
manuals, but once in a while we sneaked one in.
Randy, K8TMK
