Chuck,
    I have the chip you are looking for.  It is otherwise known as a
Motorola MFC6030 voltage regulator and it has been obsolete since 1975.
This same chip is also used in the HP-1144 power supply for the SB-104(A).
I found a small quantity a while ago and I keep them (and some of the other
obsolete parts) around just to help keep our Heathkits on the air.  I sell
the MFC6030 chip for $5 plus postage.    Postage is $1 for first class or
$3.20 for Priority mail.  Please let me know if I can help.
