DX 100B help

Man, with all this talk about low power on 10 meters, I might  as well come in.
My DX100B has very low output on 10 mtrs. All other bands ok.  SWR 1.2
Driver tube checks FB. Grid ONLY 2 mills.  I know if I had more grid, the power would go up in return.  I really am unhappy running 25 watts out on 10 mtr. am with this big set.(might as well use my DX40 and get 35 watts out)
