HW 12 QUESTION

I noticed someplace that there was supposedly published some information
on adding or converting the HW12 80 meter singlebander to MARS and
CAP frequencies.
     Anyone know anything about this... where I can get it.. or does
anyone have this information?  I belong to both and would be interested
to know if this is the case and how to do it because I have an hw12
