NEED: SB-200 parts

I too am curious about that top plate.  mine is missing it and i am
wondering if that top plate is supposed to press down on the two
little breakers in there.  on mine, it doesnt seem they are mounted
high enough to be touched by the top plate.  or are they capacitor
discharge switches you press to discharge the caps before working on it.
If that top plate is necessary, i guess I will get some cane metal
at a local shop and cut one to size and mount it.
