HR-10B RF Pot

Can anyone suggest the best type/brand of replacement Pot for the RF
control on a HR-10B.  I am trying to keep it as close to the original as
possible.  The original had a longer shaft and used a spacer for mounting
behind the front panel.  I assume that this spacer might not be necessary
for proper operation of this receiver.

Any help would be appreciated.
