HW-16 meter

Gentlemen:

Can anyone spare a meter for an HW-16?  I bought one Bayside, and it came
with the standard disclaimer about no guarantee.  Low and behold, the meter
is kaput, making it impossible to dip the final.

If no one has a meter to sell, can anyone recommend a source for a
replacement movement?
