NEED FOR RETICLE SCREEN FOR IO-12 OSCILLOSCOPE

Good Morning !
Can anyone provide me with a "GREEN GRID SCREEN" (plastic reticle screen)
for a Model IO-12 oscilloscope ? It is Heathkit
Part Number 414-11, vintage 1967. This same grid screen was used on later
Model IO-18. The part you offer to me does not have
to be in new condition. It can be scratched, cracked or chipped..it just has
to exist and be surplus to your needs.
Failing access to this P/N 414-11 in any condition, do I recall correctly
that Tektronix  scopes of that era also incorporated
similar 5" round CRTs with similar square reticles behind a square bezel
with a 5" diameter hole in its center, attached to the
front panel of the scope with 4  knurled round nuts ? Maybe I could make one
of the Tektronix screens fit the IO-12 ? Does anyone
have  the Tektronix comparable part available ? Please advise your price
with shipping cost to ZIP 01776-1540.
If you cannot help me directly, can you suggest a likely source ? . Please
