SB-101 Hearing

Hi All,
             Just started working on a recently aquired SB-101that
doesn't hear on 15m , 20m and most of 10m. Hears fine on 40m and 80m.
             I de-oxed all knob connections and checked out tubes. No
improvement.
              Why should I be losing three bands in my receive section ?
Not sure where to trouble shoot next?
