I've seen Volume 1 on e-Bay on various occasions, but I can't recall ever
having seen a Volume 2.  If someone has a good copy I can do the same thing
with it that I did that I did with John Parker's Volume 1 - scan it and
e-mail it to the owner.  As the owner then you can e-mail it out to those
that want it (I think John will confirm that that idea left something to be
desired) or do what John ultimately did which was to find someone who had the
means to make it available as a download from the web like Gary Harmon did
(thanks Gary) and maybe even create one or more mirror sites like David
Wilson did (thanks David) to cut down on the load for the primary site from
everyone trying to download from the primary web site at the same time.

So if someone has a good copy of a MPL Volume 2 that they can send me a good
Xerox copy of (as with John's copy, I didn't want to take any chance of his
original getting lost or damaged in shipping/mailing), we can do a repeat
performance of Volume 1.  With the sheet feed scanners that I have available
to me, the actual scanning of Volume 1 as a single document took less than 10
minutes.  The actual time to scan it as four files, like we ended up having
to do, took maybe 15 minutes.  Let me know.
