Mouser has all sorts of disc ceramic capacitors all
the way up to 10,000 volts.  The selection at 1000 and
2000 volts is pretty good and the cost ranges from 10
cents to 92 cents depending on the value.

They also have plenty of resistors at a very good
price as well.
