PCB Oil

I have a cantenna with PCB oil in it.
My questions are these?  Do they pose a risk if they're in the house but
not being drunk or eaten?  I have small kids and it's well out of reach,
but it is a chemical that's going to contaminate the house and family
like a Meth lab?
I hardly use it, but it have it for my HW-101 which I work on every blue
moon.  I guess I could use the antenna tuner's dummy load that I have.
Anyway, that's my question.  I could get rid of it if it's a risk to me
kiddies.
