Heath scope

Jeff,
Could be several things pulling the 9V down.
Is this the solid state scope thats similar to the IM-102 or 103? If so, and
you need a schematic then there is one at:
  http://www.circuitarchive.co.uk/heath.htm
Since the 9V supplies essentially the whole board, all of your voltage
readings are going to be off so I would start by doing a quick resistance
check for a shorted component.
