DX-100 concentric knob substitute ?

Gentlemen:  Like many of you I have need of replacements for my concentric knobs on my DX-100.  I am not a collector or a purist.  I don't need 'correct' knobs... just knobs that WORK.  Have any of you discovered a source for knobs that work nicely ?  Also, I was thinking a vernier knob would be nice on the VFO.  Anyone know what works there ?
