Shipping Query

Tube equipment should have the tubes removed from their sockets before
shipping. The tubes can the br placed in a separate box with packaging,
and shipped inside the bigger box. This will eliminate the possibility
of the tubes coming loose from their sockets during transit, and
breaking. All that shake, rattle, and roll during transit causes tubes
to come loose. I know from experience - someone shipped an amp to me and
some tubes came loose only to break during transit. Had to clean up
little bits of glass pieces - not fun.
