        I was contacted by another fellow who was ripped off by the seller
in Williston, Florida.  He tells me that he just sent a formal complaint
to eBay, using the follwing URL:

        http://crs.ebay.com/aw-cgi/ebayisapi.dll?crsstartpage

        I know from the latest postings that the situation that started
this thread has been resolved, somewhat.  However, the above URL may be of
some benefit to any of us who have suffered a loss through eBay.
