        One thing I just learned about the fraud complaint system for
eBay is that you have to file it within 60 days of the close of the
auction.  My two closed at the end of November.  Also, Lloyds of London
deducts $25 from the bid price(s), and you cannot recover the amount
you paid for shipping.  Not the greatest recovery in the world, but
it is something and they forward a complaint to the Federal Trade
Commission.
