UPS Warning

I wonder if there may be something to Sandy's question. It is quite a drive from my small
town to a UPS point but I stopped dealing with the "Authorized Agents" here. I mailed two
pieces of Collins gear within the last ten days at UPS and had no problem. No questions,
nothing. Not even when one was insured for $800.
However, when I tried to use "MailBox", I felt like I was going through an inquisition. I
picked up my package and left.
