I did have a couple of tower brackets and hardware shipped via UPS from
Oregon to Atlanta. The gorillas at UPS managed to so brutally handle the
brackets that the tiny little box of hardware attached to them broke open
and lost it's contents.
OK, so it was only $7 worth of hardware, and I got the replacements just
fine. But it makes you wonder what the heck they do to packages to abuse
them so....
