Folks,

Thanks to everyone who has responded! I now know that I have either a GW-30
or GW-31 which is a regen receiver with a transmit channel of either 3 or 4
(I have been told both by several of you).

Several have said that the frequency is 27.005. It probably is. My eyes are
getting worn out. I work in aviation as an avionics technician, and reading
wire numbers on 24 AWG wire will definitely do that.

Someone said that they didn't think that one of the transistors is correct.
That is the number that is on top of the transistor, and it will
cross-reference to a NTE number on NTE's website.

Someone sent me to W7FG's website for the manual. They have them, but one is
$15 and the other is $16. Is there any way to determine which I have, GW30 or
GW31?

Does anyone know if Sams made PhotoFacts or manuals for them? I live in
Indianapolis, and the library here has a huge collection of Photofacts. Also,
Howard W. Sams Company is here in Indy too.

Sorry for the bandwidth, but again, thank you a million times for the help.

John
