3-conductor AC line-cords

I buy equipment from a company called Peterson Electro-Musical Products, Inc., in Mayfield, Illinois.  They currently produce several electronic components that use flat three-conductor AC line-cords.

If I were you, I'd phone them at (800) 341-3311, ask for their service department, and then ask to buy a new flat three-conductor AC line-cord for one of their "swell-shade operators."  They are not in the business of supplying parts to the general public, but they'd probably be willing to supply a line-cord for their products in the field.
